You may have thought the Clover Cliff Ranch Bed and Breakfast had finished adding options for guests.
Beginning with the main house almost two years ago, then the Bunk House and The Gables - the spaces
for visitors have grown. Now we're happy to tell you about yet another house that will soon be ready
to welcome you when you visit Chase County and the Flint Hills of Kansas. You may recognize the
house - it's on your right as you drive in toward the main house. But it has a fresh new look on the inside.
Rosie and Roxie really need no introduction if you've visited the Clover Cliff Ranch recently. They're
the two shiny black Percheron horses that welcome you as you make your way to one of the houses
for an official welcome. They came to Chase County in June and have been busy with a wide variety
of assignments since then. We haven't asked them, but we think they like their new home in the
Flint Hills tall grass prairie. Although they provide a number of amazing and entertaining stories, their

We hosted our 5th wedding. It was truly an honor to work with a happy bride and groom to personalize this important occasion! Making their families feel welcome and comfortable also made us smile.
Guests at Flowers in the Flint Hills enjoyed a beautiful Saturday in Chase County Kansas when Clover Cliff Ranch Bed and Breakfast partnered with Josh and Gwen Hoy of the Flying W Ranch to entertain and share the beauty of this season. The atmosphere was casual but there were any number of choices to make, including the choice to do nothing but absorb fresh air and make friends.
What's the connection between these three events, you wonder? The answer is: Clover Cliff Ranch Bed and Breakfast. We've just finished the Flint Hills Rodeo weekend, followed by a memorable Symphony in the Flint Hills. Now we're giving full attention to making next weekend as perfect as possible for a special bride and groom. We're honored that they chose to be married at the Clover Cliff.
You may wonder what happened to our regular Journal updates over the past few months - a long hibernation, trips to tropical islands, hiking in the Himalayas? All are possible, but not true. We've been busy behind the scenes!
Chase County Chamber of Commerce began the Christmas season by lighting the historic bridge in Cottonwood Falls, a perfect opportunity for us to invite guests to tea earlier in the day at the Clover Cliff. Although our original plan was to serve 20 guests, on November 23 we happily welcomed 30 who were eager to enjoy the festive atmosphere in this historic home.
